Blast hurts 4 Iraqis near Iran embassy

At least four people have been wounded when a roadside bomb went off near the Iranian Embassy in western Baghdad, Iraqi police say.

The blast which took place in Salihiyah neighborhood left four people wounded and damaged a minibus parked nearby.

The explosion apparently occurred a few meters away from the fortified Green Zone which houses the US Embassy and the Iraqi leadership.

The blast came on the first day of a cease-fire between gunmen and US-backed Iraqi forces.
